Brisbane Festival

The rolling lawns and strolling ibis of the Brisbane SouthBank precinct was our first port-of-call for the 2009 Brisbane Festival.

We shared play space with picnickers and other relaxing Brisbanites. Our most vigorous engager to date motored between megaphones to proclaim the glory of the day.

The following day we trucked off to Racecourse Road, and the milling millions, yet safely ensconsed in the scones and cream setting of the local Church and vicarage. So genteel was the setting that one of us was even mistaken for the Vicar, having to point out the future resting place of one of the parishioners.
